I think the narrations from our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) should be more than enough to encourage us to keep vinegar in our homes and use it to benefit from this blessed food. It has been proved that vinegar has exceptional properties to cure and help relieve many modern ailments including:

– Help with arthritic pains
– Reduce Blood pressure
– Cholesterol control
– Diabetes – helpful in controlling glucose levels in the blood
– To have strong bones
– To fight yeast infections
– Relieve of chest congestion
– Relieve of sore throat
– Digestion

– Relieve of nasal congestions
It is always in our benefit in this world and for the hereafter that we be grateful and follow the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW), please use and keep vinegar in your homes, a very powerful blessed food with numerous health benefits used by our Prophets.
