On the occasion of the World Day against Cyber ​​Censorship, Reporters Without Borders today publishes the 2014 edition of its “Internet Enemies” on the site . This document reveals the secrets of institutions, within states, implement repression and violations of freedom of information online. 

Institutional practices “Internet Enemies” must be reported and known to many. This is the condition that international institutions, including the United Nations and Europe, will take up these issues and legislate to stop it.
